We need parent volunteers to help with the many tasks involved with supporting a first class orchestra program.

We are asking ALL parents to sign up for at least one volunteer activity during the school

Uniforms

 

Size the students and assign uniforms for the year. Maintain a list of uniform assignments. Provide the director with written instructions for the students regarding rental fees (if any), student responsibilities, and procedures for hemming the garments. Distribute and collect the uniforms before and after performances, including preparation for traveling. Prepare the uniforms for storage over the summer. These duties can be divided among several people!

Supply or arrange for donations of drinks, baked goods, or paper products as needed; Host the refreshment area, including set-up, serving, and clean-up. Coordinate refreshments for orchestra events when requested by the director
